Sprite32 datalogger
Coming December 2024!
Sprite32 is an ultralightweight, fully featured neural datalogger perfect for experiments with anything from mice to macaques. It logs 32 channels of full data rate broadband neural data while weighing in at a tidy 3.8 grams (including the integrated battery). The Sprite32 offers 75 minutes of continuous record time with standby mode and features battery and status monitoring in Trodes using radio frequency communication with the SpriteDock control unit. The SpriteDock supports pairing of up to 6 Sprite32 datalogger headstages simultaneously, while also maintaining independent control for each headstage in Trodes. This allows headstage status to be monitored for all paired dataloggers, while recording are taken from any combination of the paired units. The Sprite32 is also equipped with on-board gyroscope and accelerometer sensors for motion tracking, and is chargeable via any 5V USB port.
- Full-data rate broadband neural data logging to micro SD in a tidy 3.8 grams package, including the integrated battery
- 75 minute record time, with low-power standby mode
- Battery and status monitoring over radio*
- 32 channels of neural data + accelerometer and gyroscope
- Record and monitor up to 6 data logger headstages simultaneously; ideal for high throughput and multi-animal social experiments
- Compatible with most probes, arrays and drives. For a wide array of compatibility options, see adaptors and EIBs
*wireless status monitoring does not include monitoring of neural data.
